Tastings
The Oenogenesis winery opens its gates daily and welcomes wine lovers and those who wish to be introduced to this world for a guided tour. Our visitors have the opportunity to tour the winery and learn from oenologists how we produce our wines. The tour ends with a tasting in the specially designed tasting room.
In summary, the tasting technique briefly involves three steps: the visual and olfactory examination and the taste test. Our oenologists will present our wines based on their composition and their basic properties, i.e. their appearance, aromas and taste. All visitors who participate in the tasting will have the experience of tasting old vintage wines that mature in the cellars of the winery.
