The beautiful aromatic complexity on the nose and palate is impressive, with very interesting spicy characteristics and a cosmopolitan expression that goes beyond the characteristics that we would typically expect from the two varieties separately.
The aromas that it offers us in constant alternations are dark fruit, chocolate, pipe tobacco and sweet spice; it is very interesting that the nose of the wine evolves – in fact, it transforms – as it stays in the glass, and this testifies to its elaborate exuberance.
Unfiltered wine, served in a carafe, with at least one hour’s aeration.
