Thyrsus has a pale lemon color. Medium intensity nose with characteristic aromas that remind us of a feast of white flowers, along with white-fleshed fruit, stone fruit that evolve into orange blossom aromas that are complemented with herbal hints of lemon verbena and thyme, while on the finish there are touches of honey and honeycomb notes. In the mouth it is dry, with medium acidity, in balance with the full body of the wine.
The aftertaste is of medium duration.
Thyrsus is the creation of our youngest oenologist Alexandros Tsalkos.
Greek wine with French finesse!
