Vinification: Cryoextraction for 12 hours. Mild press.

Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and wine maturation for 6 months with its fine lees.

Bottling with minimal sulfites.

Vineyard cultivations: Minimal intervention

Characteristics: Citrus & lemon aromas. Rich mouthfeel with a long honey aftertaste. Notes of earthy aromas.
