Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and maturation for 9 months with its fine lees.

Bottling with minimal sulfites.

Vineyard cultivations: Minimal intervention

Characteristics: Aromas of tomato, sweet spices and herbal elements with soft minerality.
